Above & beyond traditional therapy…
“Awaken was created with the intention to be more than a place to receive therapeutic services. At Awaken, we strive to offer a community rich with deep connection, genuine support and inspiration. At Awaken, you aren’t just a number. You are a valued member of something much bigger.”
-Emily Niemeyer, Founder & Behavior Therapist
Welcome.
Welcome to Awaken. I am glad you stopped by! Feel free to stay awhile and explore. I know you might be weary and carrying heavy burdens. But, here I offer you rest. Here, I offer you hope.
My name is Emily Niemeyer. I am the founder and lead behavior therapist at Awaken. I founded Awaken with the mission to change the face of behavioral health. Therapy needs to be reachable, accessible, and doable. I have created a model for behavior therapy that meets people where they are in ways that work for them- not just the way that it has always been done. I offer evidence based services that engage people in ways that are natural, innovative, compassionate, effective, and flexible.
In that spirit, I hope that you take a look around and see what Awaken has to offer. And, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I am a person serving people and I love to connect!
